One thing to consider is looking at stats of positions of letters. I would expect "M" to be very popular as a starting letter but not as popular for a 3rd or 4th letter. Likewise, "R" is a lot more popular as a 3rd or 4th letter in this type of domain. Likewise "O" tends to be a lot more popular as a 5th letter than a 2nd letter. If you get a good idea of where in the domain each letters are more common, you can often get a better idea of which domains have more potential.

One other thing to consider is that "premium" status of letters within 5 letter domains is less relevant than in 3 and 4 letter domains. Brandability is a bigger issue and premium status is often more highly correlated with acronyms than brandability. In the past I have often looked for good LLLLL.com with well positioned Zs or Ys.
