I did some research of all L-L, N-N, L-N, N-L patterns for a number of TLD's to see which ones were going fastest and was surprised to see they were almost all gone, even in the less popular TLD's such as .biz.

Here's the breakdown of what is remaining:
L-N .BIZ: 71
N-L .BIZ: 124
L-N .US: 69

N-L .MOBI: 58
