I love how people respond without evening re -reading the original post...ahh ignorance drives the market anyways, gotta love it.

I think the .com's will always trump a .net, in the long run so I think the NNNNN.com will be more liquid of an investment than the NNNN.net

I voted for NNNN.net because they are more rare. However, I like also NNNNN.com, as they are or will be very liquid. If it were possbile, I would vote for both.

u cant apply blanket rules
i know some domainers love to

example: 2020.net is waaayyy better than a random NNNNN.com

also, 12345.com is way better than prob any NNNN.net etc etc

NNNNN.com are great for some memorables, zipcodes etcetera etcetera.
Some may become wanted , some may never. Same goes for the NNNN.net

Personally i dont like net i have to be honest, i have may 3 or 4 out of thousands of domains. But special ones sre nice

Right now, I think NNNN.net might be a little more valuable ($40/$50 v. $20/$30 for NNNNN.com). But I prefer NNNNN.com since these have a ton of uses as US and foreign postal codes, and therefore are more likely to already be developed sites with end-user potential, and have type-in traffic that the NNNN.net's probably cannot match. So I think in the end the NNNNN.com will be worth more.
