I agree random 5 letter domain names have no value and I don't like them at all ('BUT' I am 'passionate' about 'quality' 5 letter .coms). That is why anybody who has seen a few of my 5 letter posts, that I advice to be very very selective and if you want to look for 'reg free' domains avaialble, go through lists of hundreds and hundreds and buy some only if they scream at you 'I rock, I have something very special about me.'

But I absolutely love 'high quality' 5 letter domain names like elilo.com and poonk.com and the other 5 letter.com domain names I have

As for CVCVC it does not matter with 5 letter .com's, its slap you in the face 'wow' factor you want!!!! We need to separate our thinking from LLLL.com, even if it is just one more letter for LLLLL.com, 5 letter!


If you are new to 5 letter domaining, go to my ebay auction under raredn.com to get an idea of nice 5 letter domain names. Believe me I have bought the dud's like huzif.com wupip.com gekuf.com and other shockers, just because they are pronouceable means nothing, head for 'high quality' 5 letter.com's and you can do no wrong

I am solid promoter of 5 Letter.com, so I have to stand up for it in times of adversity. But as mentioned, I only like 'quality 5 letter.coms' when it comes to 5 letter!

As for my 5 letter auctions that didn't sell, I am always testing the 5 letter waters, trying to find out what people really want in their 5 letter domain names!

Sorry ssamriga if I came of harsh, I just want to give newbies the right Idea when it comes to 5 letter.coms!

Actually I shoud really try to pull my head in and get on your good side ssamriga , as I am building a weightloss website and it may get reviewed in your weightloss blog you have in your 'sig' one day when it is finished!

ok, no hard feelings, I just want people to think carefully before jumping into any new trend, and 5L.coms may not grow in value faster than renewal fees, then again if you are good enough in finding the right names and the right buyers, that can be a very profitable niche of course...

That's it! wholeheartedly agree ssamriga, the last thing I want is people new to domaining, registering dud domains and getting put off domaining due to bad taste in their mouth from a negative domaining experience!
