Most people on this forum think LLL.us are good investments. On some other forums most people think the only extension worth having is .com. It is a good idea to put your money in several different categories.

His paypal payment was 'instant' and shows as 'completed'. So I'm not sure why he was banned......anyone?

instant and completed doesn't mean it is finished with, i have been into to hosting for round 5 years and they will still take the money off you if the account used to place the funds into your account was "compromised" or if paid with a credit card and the number was stolen or even if the purchaser submits a request to their credit card company for a refund paypal rolls over to them everytime

Buyer's remorse is a fact. I've been remorseful for some of my purchases/registrations. However, being remorseful doesn't mean you should not complete the transaction.

How I read it is that the MRUSA's brother opened a NP account, said he would purchase the domain SSA.biz, then got buyer's remorse and backed out. Next, the seller of SSA.biz complained to NP management about it and MRUSA's account was terminated (most likely because MRUSA's IP address was also attributed to his brother's account).

Ah, did not make that connection.

Good luck Chappy- but I think the fact your money has been paid (albeit via PayPal) is a good sign- if they were going to do a scam, you'd think they would have tried it on that $310 domain too, rather than just pulling out.

Now everything is clear...
I was the one that tried to sell SSA.biz and the fake buyer was Greatseller2006.
After he promised to pay $310 he went out and his accont banned.
The day after this I got a PM from our friend here MrUSA that he wants to buy ssa.biz for $260.
Now you tell me if this is not the same guy in another id...

scam or not, awg.us is a very good domain, simply because awg (American Wire Guage) is the term used n the US for the gauge or thickness of electrical wire....lamp cord is 18AWG...good speaker wire is thicker (12 or 14 AWG)...........and so on.
