As for 2 characters....I don't have anything but it's pretty easy to come up with this in Excel in about 10 mins if you know how to use the formulas.

But why am I telling you this?....HANDS OFF, THEY'RE ALL MINE....!

Are you looking for all the possible combinations, existing 2 character domains, or available 2 character domains?

NNN (1,000) and LLL (17,576) attached.

If needed, open the .txt files in Excel and then "search and replace" all .com with whatever extension you want.
