How do you get this on google search?

How do you get these little sub menus form google and other search engines. As far as i know it is don via sitemap but i haven't been able to do it for my site.

Do i have to write in like a special code into the site map so search engine ... or something else.

Any how thanks in advance.

You have to generate a sitemap for your site and submit it to Google. Just google for sitemap generator...

Get back-link for your Domain Name Keyword and Google will automatically make your site as brand on SERP and these links are called site links, you can manage these links form your webmaster tool

Your site needs to have a good structure in it so that Google's algorithm will be able to determine important pages of your website. Build links within your internal pages.
