A question about a kind of duplicate content

Hi guys,

I have the following question.
If I have a website where I'm publishing some articles written by me (so, they should be unique, I hope) is it a problem in terms of duplicate content if I use some of the articles to make another website with a purpose just to use the new site for adwords marketing (with no intention to rank it on search engines)?

It depends on the authority of the original site - Google may choose to show that as the 'authority' on the topic...then again it might not.

I would reword some sentences and then it shouldn't be a problem.

Block the site/pages you DON'T want indexed with robots.txt . (Just don't block AdsBot-Google !)

I think there would be no such issue. But still i would like to suggest that try to make few changes. Content should not be exactly same,a s we know the copy right issue very well.So make minor changes and then you can work without any fear

Even spinning of articles will have same content except the synonyms are changed.
