Is Google Keyword Search Tool Accurate? Other Tools?

Hi, I have heard that google keyword search tool does not give you an example of the number of searches queries get accurately. Instead it gives you the number of ads bid on for that query.

I didn't quite understand it, but it is in this article:

http://googlesearchsucks.com/google-...tool-is-wrong/

Are there any more accurate tools? And what about bing/yahoo?

Also, what does it mean when it shows a query related to hair removal like:
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/search-engines/683462-google-keyword-search-tool-accurate-other.html

Hair remove hair

Do people really type in dumb queries like that 1 million times per month? Whats with the repeat keywords?

Use the keyword search external tool of Google Adwords. Yes, it's accurate and updated. You will see volumes of search for every possible keyword.

Although its accurate you should question your main purpose as it is no use trying to rank for a certain keyword/s if it is too competitive.

I recommend Keyword Winner as it gathers date from Google Insights, Google Competition and Google Trends.

Basically it will help you with keyword suggestions for any given blog post title based on its competitive nature and give you comparisons.

I think it's accurate, there is no reason that google falsify the results, I often use Google Keyword Search Tool and Google Trend to find keywords
