Bing Now Powering Yahoo

They said this week and I see it's now live. I've been checking some terms and same index and Powered by Bing™ on Yahoo search results pages. Will wait a few days to see how this affects my overall traffic to my sites.

Really? That would be interesting. Looks like Yahoo & Bing want to defeat Google.

This is nice news, as my #1 revenue domain was only getting bing traffic, but now shows up in yahoo as well. I've noticed a traffic increase in the last few days, too.

Well, I have a number of deindexed google sites in my portfolio that yahoo was still creating income for, This has dropped to about half.

Haven't noticed much difference other that that so far..

I definitely ranked very well for many exact match keyword domains on yahoo without and work needed. Bing is more closer to Google , as they value backlinks, content much more than Yahoo.

Guess I will have to start working on a lot of my other sites.

I dont think the combination of Bing & Yahoo can beat Google. Google currently is too strong

it's true that Yahoo is showing Bing results and the known fact is that Yahoo and Bing became partners sharing few applications as stated in the news and the aim behind this is to capture more market share than Google.

I beleive a lot of changes are made by google and bing and yahoo have came together to answer them.

Anyways its a good news for SEOers and webmasters.

Yahoo and Bing have to go a long way to beat Google.

But I will be happy to see if some new player can do this.

Mate this is next to impossible. Even though more search engine come together didn't bit google.

Bing and Yahoo separately or together will not beat Google in search. Google has too big of a lead and Bing/Yahoo have too much ground to make up in the race.

It's the agreement they got into. Many years ago, Google used to power Yahoo. Then Yahoo wanted to try it for themselves, gave up and now it's Bing.

Bing and yahoo search result is always incorrect, which is reason they could not beat google. My site has 80% traffic from google. Google is the best
