One Site, Multiple Domains

Hello everyone! Not sure if this is the correct place for this question, therefore, if not, mods please move.

I have several domains all of which are on the same topic...I currently just have them 301 redirected to my main site (which is also the same topic as those domains)

Is there anything I can do with those domains to help bring traffic to my main site? Maybe have RSS feeds post from my main site to those domains or something? Or am I better off just leaving things be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Building minisites just with RSS feeds from main site will not help much as their search ranking will be low due to duplicate content rules.

Best to build sites with a handful of unique 'related' content pages on each domain, hosted on different servers.

Hope that helps,

- Vincent

Thank you very much for the feedback...maybe I will do the mini-site approach, granted the information that I would place on there would also be on my site, so then I am back to duplicate info.

Cancer Survivorship
1 big site is almost always better than a bunch of smaller sites - it's also easier to maintain and easier to promote (you just need to get links to ONE site).

Make minisites on the other domains if you can put distinctly different content on each and they're really worthy of individual attention. Otherwise, it's more trouble than it's worth.

i think it is no useful to have much domains redirect to only one main site and it will not rank well too. why not u create separate minisite and giving backlink to your main one? As this will be good too in PR building
