![]() | question about google search Hi, im relatively new at this - when trying to decide if a two word domain name receives a lot searches in google, do you put a space between the two words and then hit search or do you type it as is with the two words together? Obviously the two words together results in a lower amount of search results in google but Im just asking in terms of deciding resell value what do you use? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | To find out how many searches are made per month for certain keywords, you can use Google's keyword tool: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You should type in the keywords as others would type them in when they do a search on Google. Most times, people are going to search for "new car" rather than "newcar".

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Like what the above members have mentioned, you should leave a space between the two keywords. And while we are at that, do not search with quotes because rarely would people do that...

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think searching with quotation marks more sense. The quotations that you put in google search tool does not replicate people who search with quotations, but rather it means you are putting the words in exact order. For instance if you type new car into google search tool, the result will include both people who search for new car and people who search for car new regardless whether or not those people have used quotation marks. But if you put "new car" with quotation marks into google search tool, then it will return number of searches for new car, in that exact word order, again regardless if those searches were made with quotation marks. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/search-engines/652816-question-about-google-search.html So I suggest putting a space and using quotation marks. |
