Good Day All.

I am newbie in domainers and everything related with it. Doing some research and learning from this forum, I started my SEO learning. I used term " forex secret trading" which is about 2,600,000 site related with this term. In about 2 months my blog (obforex.com) in 1st page (number 7th) on google. I didn't know it's just a newbie lucky or what.

Any suggestion from all seniors domainers here, please? May this term is 'quite" term so I can get my position very easy? Or my method worked well? Just FYI, actually.. I didn't know about SEO logical, I just implemented some of tricks and tips which I got it from internet.

this is a very easy term to rank for, with only 1,300 exact searches. how much traffic are you getting?

Well done! You are doing good optimization work from what I see in your signature =)

Moving on, you may want to optimize for keywords that result in more searches. I would advise you to target longtail keywords for your other pages in the site first.

Install a proper sitemap.xml on your blog so all the articles can get indexed. They is a very good free one for Wordpress.

Get more backlinks from different sources for that term. You want to get up to the top three if you want an decent traffic numbers.

Install some kind of forex related ads in the right widget/column so you can start seeing some revenue.

Google give a New Content Boost to new pages and new sites, this boost helps them rank high in search results. But this boost is only temporary.

This boost can be the reason why your new site got high ranking. You can keep providing excellent content in your site and your site may keep this ranking for a long time. And if your site attracts some backlinks, then your site may get a stable and good ranking too.

i will suggest you to get more strong backlinks from different sources for that term in order to get into to top spots in google page rank and also try to install some good forex ads in your website columns which will also helps in earning some bucks

I have been in search engine optimization for over 10 years and while things fluctuate there are a few things that remain the same.

For instance....

What you did by targeting a lower searched keyword to begin ranking is a GREAT THING. What you need to do is continue doing just that by now going to the next keyword or phrase and focus on ranking for that and moving your way up the list until you start targeting the higher searched and harder to rank for keywords.

A suggestion as well, since you are targeting "forex secret trading", why not work on "forex trading secrets" as well since that has another stream of traffic that you can generate revenue from as well.

You are playing with the 1600 reach but should work on getting into the 20k to 100k reach range with higher performing keywords.

Hi, I highly suggested you that you create a site map or html map for you website. And give a more back link for your website. So, that your website getting more link juice.

Concentrate on on page and off page optimization,create more quality backlinks and always ensure that your site has good,rich and original content.

You will be doing fine in SEO if you follow this.
