Some directories require reciprocal links, but some don't. Find those that don't and submit to them, and you'll get one-way links.

Better for you...

Its better for you if you only submit to directories that do NOT require reciprocal links. Most new ones will not require a reciprocal and you will than receive that one way link.

You can find 1000s of directories that don't require reciprocal. Submit to top 100 or 200 directories if you want to save time

At the same time, you should also try to get one way relevant links.

One way links are not only taken from submitting to link directories. Article directories could be a source too. Write up and submit your article, you can get one way links from them as well.

You can add your site to technorati, digg, stumbleupon and go onto forums and put your link in your signature you can also sometimes add links to forum posts as long as you are not being spammy.

It would be better to submit a site on web directories for which reciprocal link is not necessary.By doing this you can find one way link for your site, which influence the traffic of the site in positive way.

Oneway links are directory links are 2 different concepts. You can get oneway links from directories if you get free links.
Some directories requires link back to their sites. So you can avoid those sites if you are focusing on oneway links.

Ways of linking with directory submission and you will normally be presented with these three options which includes:
Free regular
Paid and
Reciprocal

The free and Paid options gives a oneway link, and reciprocal asks you to link back to the directory.

One way links may be from sites of the same type, and they are generally better at helping your search standing as they provide you with 'relevant' backlinks.

Directories will often offer little benefit for search (unless they are a large directory) but may boost traffic.

(In my opinion )

"how to get without reciprocal link only for relevant site back link"

I think the easiest, free and legit way to get high quality and natural links is to write excellent, useful, information rich content and add it in your site. People finding that content useful will link to your site for free.

And directory links are one way links if you do not link back to the directory.

If directory requires reciprocal link, it is not a one way backlink.
One way backlink are more beneficial in terms of SEO and link building.
