how google respond for new "keywords-phrases"
lets say suddenly a new phrase become popular and a lot of searches made on this phrase
how google reacts that when index pages ?
can we say relatively gives more weight on pages includes this phrase/keyword?

yes but if you over-do it then it's called keyword stuffing and you might actually get penalized for it.
