You can see this option in Google Webmaster tools where you can set the crawl rate for your website. One of my website was last crawled on 18 Feb 08 and speed is set to Normal. Can't change it to faster speed because the option is disabled. It's been more than a month but Google hasn't crawled my website so does any one knows about it? Wrong.

Static and Dynamic has no difference in the eyes of bots.

Authority sites with regular fresh content gets crawled faster.

It is dynamic page and it does have SEO friendly URL's

Saying Dynamic Pages are not good for SEO is wrong statement. I agree that you might be referring to something else. Like you said that dynamic URL's are not SEO friendly but it has nothing to do with dynamic pages.

Dynamic pages and Dynamic URL's are different things.

I am not trying to point out the mistake. But just saying as I said on other thread that you have knowledge but you need to choose the right words. Because sometimes the wrong words changes the meaning completely.

Dynamic Page is not always dynamic URL. You yourself have posted about it just 2 posts ago that it can be modified with Mod Rewrite. How is a Dynamic page always a Dynamic URL?
