How should I make more backlinks?

Hello all NP's members.
I have one website vavk.com right now.
And I am marketing and doing seo for it so much.
I have made many backlinks but then also my future PR is only 3.
How should I make more backlinks?
Give me some ideas.

Hi there,

You have to do more and more of link popularity and promotion to increase the PR of your site.

More the links and quality + unique content will help you get good PR from Google.

I saw your backlinks and would like to say to get more and more backlinks ...its still less.

You can do submissions like directory submission, rss submission, blogs, articles and can also try Press Release too.

If you want list of free directories than let me know ,,,i will provide you with it.
