WANTED: Domain Monitoring Script - Kind of like Godaddy BO

I am looking for a domain monitoring script. I thought I saw someone offering one that had PayPal payment integrated within it. I searched through many months of posts and still can't find it!

Basically...
I would like to be able to upload names in bulk by pasting them into a field and for the script to monitor the status of the names(on a daily basis) and send me updates when it the record changes. I would also like the option to have PayPal integrated payment for a members section.

Anyone know anything like this?

was looking for something like that, but those i can find need to pay =( and is kinda expensive..
