FYI vbSEO licenses can't be resold unless it's in a package with an entire forum.

FYI. vbseo owned license can be transferred.

abcde is correct. These are the transfer requirements taken directly from vBSEO staff:

* Your license needs to be active

* You must remove all traces of vBSEO from your current domain name if the new owner will have it on a different URL.

* Your license has not been transferred or purchased in the past 90 days.

If the license meets these requirements, it can be transferred outright.
