After several requests for a directory script, i found a directory script.

I'm interested in buying this directory script...questions:

when we buy script, do we own rights to script full right?
do we have to pay any licensing fees? can we take our branding and put our own brand?
and is script open source so that we can modify script?
is this script sold legally?
are you the coder of script? you have rights to sell script?
