I take it in the admin side that is where one would set up the prices or percentages that the website owner would receive for others to list and sell>?

The script allows you to set a price for listing - there is no "final value fee" or anything of that sort built into the script. Works the same way as the SitePoint marketplace (usually costs $10 to list in most of their forums). Cost-per-post.

It needs an option to show the listing fees for each category so visitors can know how much credits they need...

Please add some example auctions, so we can see it in action.

Very interesting script!

Does it have any verification method for the buyers or sellers?

Also, do you become an escrow or just trust the buyers and sellers to do their own thing after?

How does it work after the auction ends?
Buyer has to contact the seller directly and do the transaction?

Basically, the owner of the site has no obligation to buyers or sellers in the case auction fails right (if someone just bids and never comes back)?

After the auction ends, an e-mail is sent to the seller stating that the buyer won the auction, and then they are left to complete the transaction on their own.

There is no obligation for the website owner to help the buyer or seller complete the transaction - you can write up a terms of service that states this more bluntly if you are worried about that kind of thing happening.

There isn't any verification integrated at the moment, but since the script is open source, if you want to, you could have someone add that in as a feature.

What are the "Points" in the profile page? And how

The "points" system is a feedback system. If someone leaves you positive feedback, you gain a point, and if they leave you negative feedback, you lose one.

I'm considering buying, but there is a small display problem in IE6 where the left column moves over to the right and hides some of the listing:
