you can connect the search to your google custom search like for instance in the example i gave in my first post. Basically, when some one hits "more results" on the page you can customize the url to take you to your custom google search which you may be monitizing via adsense....

i can also tweak the search to search only websites you want to....like how i search wikipedia in the example in the 1st post..

Q. Is this search fully self contained and is not depended on your server?

Q2.Is it easy to setup? do you have installation instructions with it?

It does not use much bandwith at all. Bandwith is only used when the page first loads thereafter its the users net connection that is used for making searches and displaying results...

And yes, the script is hosted on your server...
