I am not sure what the full rights means.
If you buy the site,you will also get the script and the rights to modify it for unlimited domains of yours.But you may not sell the script to others.

You can try to check domain.my or other domains at www.customwhois.com
It is very easy to do that.

I have tried to let the script to support more tlds.I have tested all extensions one by one. Except those extensions that can only be checked at the official registry's website,the rest extensions are supported.

Yes,I sold the former site perfectwhois.com built of the script. But I just sold the domain name and a copy of the script.And I have confirmed this with the buyer when transacting.That means ,I still keep the full rights of the script.

You left the c99 script in your ftp, which is the script they used to deface your site. I took the liberty of placing a blank html page on the site, and self destructing the c99 script so that some idiot doesn't come along any further destroy your site.

I am sorry about the inconvenience .

The installation of the script is very simple.You just need to upload it to your hosting directory.And let your domain name combine with the directory of the script.It will work perfectly.
