Well unclear it dude. I purchased from him on the 30th of Jan. Still can not install software as promised and no support what so ever.

I agree, I purchased this last year and I was not able to install it on any of our servers - always produced errors and would never run properly. I submitted many tickets none of which were replied to. Waist of money IMO.

Yeah might not be a good idea since they claim to have changed servers but lost all information. I have asked for a refund not like I will get one anytime soon.

We have released a new version of WHMreseller: Version 3.2

This version is an improvement on the previous version.

Regarding the 2 people in this thread that have complained:

We recently had reason to believe WHMreseller was being exploited (copied, code stolen) etc. At the same time there was also a platform compatiblity issue, stopping the creation of New Sub Resellers, for some installations. So all at once 2 major issues hit us, the exploited issue being the most serious as it meant our software could possibly be stolen, modified etc. So there was a 2 week period where we had to urgently work on fixing both these problems and it required long hours of work. We solved the problem with something called "obfuscating of code". We had to write an obfuscator ourselves from scratch as well as then change the way WHMreseller updates and upgrades itself.

During this intense period of work we did neglect to provide adequate support to some clients. We were under a lot of pressure to fix the 2 major issues quickly. We have since completed this major change and WHMreseller version 3.2 has been released. We apologise to those left waiting with support issues, as far as we know most of these have been resolved now.

If there is anyone else with an outstanding support issue please don't hesitate to PM me.

If anyone has any request for refunds, please contact the OP, same goes for software issues. If the product is not fixed and not working as described it will have to be communicated. Acting on pure guess work is impossible for NP Mods/Staff.
