Just wounding with within the options forms, I want 2 add say eg accounts@southerncrossconnections.com.au to go to accouts feedback@southercrossconnectons.com.au to feedback e-mail eg for example... ? This will be in a dropdown memu option also i want to use a spam traper making sure its a real person and its just not spam coming into my work-load....

is there any free spam box trapers out there if so whats the best free spam box trapper....

depends on what host you have, but if you have cpanel hosting you should have spam assassin, but chances are that a spam assassin will not be perfect.

SPAMAssassin can help. Also consider using a client like Mozilla Thunderbird with advanced spam filtering and you can also train it to be nearly perfect in identifying SPAM and keeping valid e-mail.

The real solution here is to add what e-mail address it is going to.

Why not make a script and let people choose accounts or feedback and then depending on that option have it e-mail the correct address. That way no one can tell what address it is going to and you don't have to worry about spambots unless they actually submit the form.
