newbie

I'm a newbie (almost dunno anything about MySQL except I know that it's a database program ) so I'd like some help here.
I have 2 hosts, one provide unlimited MySQL databases, and the other one provide only 1. Ans I was wondering if I could use that unlimited MySQL databases in my other host? If so, how?
Thanks in advance!
