I want to send ringtones etc to a mobile phone via a website.

I want to send them to the phone from the webpage and not have to connect by WAP,so the user can enter their phone number and it sends them the file

unless you have the ability to setup your own server to do this you will need to use a gateway such as clickatell.

They have a http api that can be used http://www.clickatell.com/brochure/p...s/api_http.php

you wont get a script for free that has those features , if you can pay id recomend the site filth said

why don't you go take a look at hotscripts and see what you come up with, I bet it is close to zero.

Without using a gateway it is not possible.
