Can't install MySQL 4.0.24?!

I'm starting a tutorial on MySQL and eventually I need it to be installedon my computer.
Well, I've downloaded version 4.0.24, but when I try to run the Setup file, I get this error:

Why can't it run properly? I'm on Windows XP Home SP2

Are you running the setup from the website or did you save the setup and then opened it
basically the error is sayin that it cant find the SETUP file

I've downloaded the file on the desktop of my computer.
If the file is here and I can double-click on it to run it, how can't it find itself? :/
