only few things?

I need to know if anyone has an idea on how to save all posts, threads, forums, permissions, users, and all other nessisary things. i do not was any hacks that i installed because they're all messing up the forum. its on a vBulletin forum.

i dont really want to make aa MySQL back Up because thats the hacks too.

all the data for the forum is stored in mysql.

you can choose to output the tables you want instead of the whole sql database.

i did that but it said maximum of 300 secs,. exceeded while uploading it. is there any other way?

make a backup through cpanel a mysql backup.
Click the backup icon.

but its a full back up. i just want what i meantioned up there. the hacks are all in there.
