| You are here: X | This type of job is too big for one person unless you have deep pockets and want to hire someone fulltime. You should consider a firm with a team of programmers and expect to spend at least $15,000. Spending some time writing good specifications up will save you a lot of money and frustration.

| The Swamp Fox Forum Moderator | I think you're looking at low $xx,xxx+ for such a website. The system is pretty complex and to have it custom coded at a professional level would not come cheap.

| The Swamp Fox Forum Moderator | A script is different from a custom coded job. I can guarantee that it's not Sedo's system though it may be similar. No knock on his script, of course.

| Senior Member | HI There is a domain script called Domain Trader being sold on ebay and on namepros and a few other domain forums and it is being sold for around $250-$300 the sites made with this script look very good very much like afternic but I don't think it is as powerful as Afternic or sedo.. but may be worth checking out... Thanks Tom Dahne |

| Senior Member | Domain Trader grabs results once a day. This can be bad. Say it grabs them at 12:01 am and it says keyword casino pays $1 a click. Then say at 5pm the keyword drops to 50 cents a click. Youll be paying $1 a click for a 50 cent click. I just took a look atthe Domain Distributor System you have in your sig. It would work nice if it didnt have to pull the URL from places like SEDO. Not sure how Google would handle it... Plus it seems its only for one person. Others cant signup to sell sites.

| New Member | If you just need a script which lists all the domains, and some form for buyer/sellers, I think you can find some cheap scripts at script directory sites, like hotscripts, thescripts, etc. But if you need more professional script, of course it costs more expensive, but you have more flexibility to get a custom script to suit what you need. |
