Question wondering whats this called?

I have 2 domains, domain A and domain B.

there is a site for domain A, now what I want is, visitors can enter domain B address to go to the site of domain A and visitors' browsers still remain domain B address. how to achieve this?

Is it a programming job?

thankx!

If domain A is hosted on a dedicated IP, and your registrar supports it, then use cname. No programming required.

vip-ip is an unknown quantity at this point

It's simple masking. If your hoster allows multiple domains to be attached to your account, then you can let Domain A and Domain B to resolve to your server's DNS, and it will show the same web-site on two different domains.

If your name is regged at godaddy you can just used the godaddy control panel to do forwarding of the domain and check the masked option. If you don't, I think you can use easydns to do the same thing for free
