![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Translating ASP into PHP? Hey, I have an ASP site written around 4 years ago, and an Access DB to go with it. I want to convert the Access DB to mySQL and the ASP pages to PHP. Is this possible? If so, how do I go about doing it (I know some VB.NET, but no PHP)? If not, which Windows host do you recommend? Thanks.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | No.. ASP and PHP use many different functions.. PHP uses way to many different functions that do sorta the same thing but the way they do it is different.. The only way is if you know how to code both then you can easly port it over. Cheers ![]() iNod

![]() ![]() ![]() | asp2php is what you're looking for. It won't do the job 100% on large things, and it certainly isn't optimal, but it will get you 90% of the way there on under 30 seconds. The version I'm running can be found at: http://asp2php.naken.cc/ |
