Which programming forum is the best? What kind of language?

Or what forum software is best? Please clarify.

They're all good in some ways and 'bad' in others. Personally, I prefer either IPB or SMF for my websites but I've used vB and phpBB amongst others. If you want a community behind you then phpBB (free) and vB (paid) is probably the way to go. The IPB community is growing and will probably get there but it just depends on personal preference.
