HTML - File Upload code sent to an e-mail address, how to do it...

Hello

I need help!

How can I upload a file and send it by e-mail with html code, do you know how to do it?

Basicly I need a HTML page with a submit button to send a file.

EVEN when there is no web-mail program in the sender (Outlook, Eudora...) computer.

I will be glad to receive your reply.

to be honest it would be better if you uploaded the files then got a link generated then emailed the link to the user

emailing attatchments can be done but it is a little tricky. and uploading files then generating a link then emailing the link is a far simpler solution.
