Search google.com for something like "Convert Access to SQL" and you will get results for things like this:

A lot of the things I have found cost $$$ though

Do you know PHP? You can try exporting the Access database to a csv file, then importing the csv file using php. There is a code here: http://codewalkers.com/seecode/448.html

If you want, I can try it. I would need the database and access to phpMyAdmin or whatever you use. If you want me to do this, PM me the details.
