[WANTED] VBulletin coder

Hi,

I need a vbulletin coder for a design i just bought, i'm on a small budget of $70 plus you will receive all my NP's also a years free hosting account thats all i have.

Here's the skin that needs coded, the colours are different but the layout is the same:

PM me or post here if you can code this skin, so it looks exactly like the screenshot.
