I am searching for a pro coder that can make a template company site.

Code needs:

To be universal (can be used on more domains)
Admin/acp panel
Template preview area
Unique template codes (unique prizes)
Shopping cart/Paypall intergration
Client/download system
news on frontpage.
Faq system.

Please give me your prize, time of coding and portofolio links.

I made the layout myself but the template should be editable hearder/footer and css ty

my range is not over $150 atm.
But I think we can sort it out. I got my design and i know a some php but i think i cant make this script on my own.

id probally charge $200-$300 thats how much this would be on scriptlance or php freelancers... id do it for $150 if i can resell it....
