I haven't checked everything. But a huge issue is that your SSL cert is issued for "pressforgoods.com", while your html is calling for (images, links, ect), and your .htaccess redirects all pages to only the "www" versions ("www.pressforgoods.com"). "https://www.pressforgoods.com/...." is not actually covered by the SSL cert, but "https://pressforgoods.com/...." would be.

You can't make the cert cover "www" - To do that, you'd have to get another SSL cert to replace the current one. You can, however, change your HTML in your pages to call everything using URL's without the "www." in them, and then force the pages to load in the browser without it using the following in your ".htaccess" file:

Code:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^pressforgoods.com$
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://pressforgoods.com/$1 [R=301]
Dependant on other things, this may not work (should cover most issues). Try it, and if get problems still, let me know (paste your current .htaccess file here). Hopefully, however, the above solves the problem for you

On a side note: It takes up a slight bit of bandwidth, and system time & resources on both server and user ends, using SSL. Unless the page has user information submitted to/on it, I wouldn't use it. Most users are now used to the majority of a website not being SSL-secure, until they enter data on a form page requiring it. Albeit, the .htaccess above would make ALL pages SSL redirected.
