Paypal Form Script

Hey all,

I'm looking for a script that will allow me to set up a regular form; that will essentially have a 'donate' button as a submit button.

My goal is to collect information about a user, and collect an entry fee at the same time.

You could try this and just modify the features to what you want. Let me know if that's what you want or not.

Does it allow for full customization and addition of form objects; that's the question

You could ask the creator if it's possible to do customization.
Btw After collecting the information and receiving the donation, where would it direct the user?

I actually found a tutorial for adding forms when donating,
