So I have this little online radio station for people who write songs and record them using their home computers. What I'm looking to do is have it so that while a song is playing, if the listener likes what they hear they can click on a link and download the song for a $1.

I envision a mini my space, where they have their music page, a picture, a little about them, and links to listen to the first 30 seconds of a song, and then the option to buy it.

What would it cost to set something like this up.

Looks like you have the system for playing and show the current playing song. It should be a 2-3 hours work to integrate it to PayPal payments and auto download.
