Mail To Forms

Hello,

I am trying to create a mail to form for my website. It will be used for pre sale questions. I downloaded a pre built form that requires you to have the php file for sending on your server. They provided this file also but I do not know where to save it at on my server. I just keep getting an error message when clicking the submit button. Does anyone know a script that is good for this and how to install it?
