I'm looking to build a facebook app with an admin back end control panel. I'd like to know what programming language is best and is a $3000 budget suffice? Also where can I find programmers?

No one will be able to tell you that $3000 is enough without seeing what the project is.

I wouldn't put any dollar signs out until you see his work. It may cost less.

$3000 might seem alot for many of the small applications that you see everyday on FB
