VPN and RDC modules in websites

I have been asking around that in order to create VPN and RDC modules,my website needs to be in the VPS.

The goal of this will be to force all connections to go through my website before going out to the intended destination

Can you help me achieve that...I want to see how it works or if you are using this on your website, please let me know so I can see how it works.

Thanks for you help
