Script Needed

Hi

I am looking ro a script to run my own website like this one

http://php.resourceindex.com

I have search but not very good results. I am wanting one where there is an admin panel as well as the ability to rate the scripts etc.

If anyone knows of any good one please let me know. I am willing to pay but would like open sources ones if possible. Not cos i am tight but i support a lot of open source projects.

So you need like a software directory? I don't know of any opensource ones.
