Best 3-level dropdown menu options (CSS only, no images)?

I like the speed of the one at Horizontally Centered Drop-Down Menus with Pure CSS but it is only a 2-level menu as far as I can tell. Can that be modified easily to become a 3-level menu? If not, that should at least give you an idea of the kind of speed/look I'm after.

Please post any recommendations here. Menu must be purely CSS (no images), efficiently coded and preferably work in all browsers.

I have already searched for hours and haven't found anything up-to-date that meets the criteria above and aligns properly. I don't want the third-level menu to hover over the right edge of the second-level menu. It should hang at its side.

Thank you.

I know that's a nightmare if you want your menu to support IE6. Otherwise, check the below

Thank you, IK. The first link is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. How would I edit it in order to keep the "active" tab a different color? For example, Final Fantasy XI :: ZAM

I know it can't be that difficult, but I tend to get lost in all of those nested lists.
