How do I Copy Content from Secure PDF Adobe reader

Under security settings it says, no copying allowed. Is there an easy way around this so I can copy and move to notepad?

the creator of the pdf made it so it can't be copied on purpose, so they probably didn't want you copying... i've never actually worked with spdf but the only workaround i can think of is are you allowed to print it? if so, try printing it to a regular pdf (with something like primopdf etc) and then try copying from that - although i'm not sure if it preserves text or just makes it bitmap.

adamo is an unknown quantity at this point

well, one solution is to convert the pdf to an image and then use an OCR program on it, or if possible just use it on the pdf i know Fine Reader can recognize text from pdfs but don't know how it works on protected files.
