Technical Advise Wanted

I am trying to find a program to do something semi-specific.. Any ideas, suggestions would be appreciated.

I would like to use a database (MySQL) script that will allow me to present lists of links.. The links will be in the following format.

[Banner, if exists]
Company Name (allowing bold formating)
Owner Name
Address
City/State/Zip (different fields)
Phone
Email Address Link
Website Link

Also, non visible would be Premium (Yes or no), Create and expire dates and product keywords (several)

This would need to allow searching under particular product names or by state.

If you know of a script or something, I would love to know what and where. Thanks.. I am trying to avoid doing this by hand for each one.
My Link paging is going to be well over 200 pages and each company might have up to 10 different products... That is alot of redundent work and if I can database it, I think it would solve alot of my problems..

I searched online under catalogs and link management and it did not seem to be quite what I was looking for.
