![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ^ yep, pretty much useless. The best traffic I found to come from links on sites with related (NOT identic!) content. For example, if you're selling sunglasses, a link on a site that sells swimsuits and beach stuff but no sunglasses would do wonders. |

![]() | Im sure this person appricates your opinion and thanks for helping answer his question... ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/programming/59584-auto-surf-traffic-exchange.html Auto Surf sites are good for a couple things: They can give your site the appearance of having a lot of "through" traffic. This works when you provide a "visitors online script or "block", which shows the number of members and guests online. Using a autosurf site makes your site look like it is being browsed by many people, which makes real interested visitors feel that the site is "hoppin'" and they should get involved too. They also burn banner impressions and link exchange views, which only increases your marketing and basically gets you free marketing. Although paid marketing always works better than banner exchanges and link exchanges, I don't think a single one of us would be mad if we made even 1 sale or signed up even 1 new member if it came from free marketing. It also helps to burn advertising revenue from clients, all though I do not recommend this cause the click through ratio will be so low that your clients may deceide not to purchase from you again. Now on to the scripts that you asked about: trafficdx.com - I have heard ok things about this script and its performance. Seems to manage the autosurf pretty well and gives options, but so far I have not seen a single site that looks any different. They all seem to have the same look and feel, which makes me think it is difficult to customize or use your own design or a good template. That would be enough to stray me away from purchasing it, as the only thing worse than joining the ranks of 1000 other sites is looking like them too. e-topbiz.com/oprema/pages/autosurfscript2.htm - Never heard of this one. i messed around a little bit with the demo ect...seems pretty basic and for 23.00$ US it probably is. I could not get into the members area to test that out (was not going to give them any email address of mine and they do not provide a demo account to test out). I would probably try and get one made with all the features that you are looking for though a elanec type site like RentACoder.com or Scriptlance.com or EZLance.com. Most of these sites will have programmers that have already created a script like this in the past, and will be able to customize it and add on the features (or remove features you do not want) for a very reasonable price. If I was starting up a autosurf project...that is what I would do. It will also allow you to make your script function with the design that you have in mind. That way your site will be unique compared to the other autosurf sites out there. Just make sure you mention that you want to be able to easily change the look and feel of your site to the programmer, or let him/her integrate it with the script. hope this helps - jiggin ps - I will sell you the domain name wanthits.com or nakedtraffic.com (adult traffic site) or both. $500 will get you both. |

But using exchanges and autosurf sites together is not what I call cheating. Its call using multiple resources together to get more... Besides, thousands of webmasters do it. Its not like I just came up with that idea. And the difference between them and someone that does not is that they get a ton more exposure to their site. It may not be high quality exposure (banner exchange, text link exchange ect.. is very low quality marketing)...but it is still exposure. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=59584 Call it what you will, but to most of us business men and woman and marketing gurus...its expanding your marketing resources without spending a dime more...and its efficent at that. | ||||

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Still worthless traffic and if I found out my ad impressions on your site were being wasted on auto surf hits I would demand a refund and warn everyone I can about your site.
