PHP Form help.

For my site I am setting up one area that would allow a user to create their own "bracket" similar to an NCAA bracket and in a sense a smaller version of what bracketmaker.com does. So far I have my form and am using FormTools 2 to collect the data entered. What I would like to do though is "display" the users entered data in the right places on the next page after they submit.

It would make sure the 1 seed is across fro the 16 seed etc. I know the code for this has to be simple to just display what the user entered back to the user but for the life of me I can't find what I'm looking for. If anyone can even just point me in the right direction or show me some code I would need it would be very appreciated.
