need couple of mysql db codes

hello friends

can any one help me in mysql codes?

i need code for following actions..

[1] delete/edit/modify/rename fields
[2] create tables/database
[3] list fields/tables
[4] how to list fields page wise.. like just 5 records a page and then.. page links
should be placed in page

i am learning php.. if some one can help me in this then i will be very greatful to you. i have search manu sites and tutorials.. so dont tell me to go there.. i just need help of a friendly guy who can teach me. i need to learn this because i want to make my jobs lists in my site at my own way
